Tom and I have always shared a passion for the great outdoors. We have been fortunate to travel across the United States and beyond in seek of adventure and uncharted territory. Through our hunting, fishing and snowmobiling fraternities we have witnessed some of the most beautiful creations known to man.
Tom made his passion a reality when he purchased his first elk herd in 1989. From this herd he developed an even stronger desire to move forward. In 1997, we purchased our first whitetail deer. The years of experience raising these animals has given us the knowledge to properly nourish, breed, and house quality, mature whitetail bucks and elk bulls far exceeding our wildest dreams. Our whitetail and elk genetics have proven to be top in the state of Iowa producing bucks scoring 220"+ and 400"+ class elk.
In 2005 we purchased Pine Ridge Lodge from our lifetime friends, Rick and Judy Grooms. Rick and Judy built and established Pine Ridge Lodge in 1996. Today, Rick continues to offer his guiding experience to our clients.
