Pine Ridge is located in the forested hills of Southeastern Iowa.  The 330 acres that is now a hunting preserve was once a cattle operations.  This type of land is much better suited for hunting than for farming.  This is the perfect setting for a few days away from the business life, relaxing in a no pressure part of the world.  If you want to take the afternoon off you can visit the many Amish specialty shops that surround the beautiful country landscape.  These shops specialize in handmade furniture, quilts, jams, and fresh bakery items.  You may want to go fishing on one of our many farm ponds or nearby lakes, or make a day of upland bird hunting.  We will help you customize your trip for a very memorable experience.

Pine Ridge is a low profile, family owned operation that focuses on personal attention and low volume.  The animals we hunt are from our sister operation, Wapiti Ridge, which has been producing alternative livestock for the past 10 years.  Wapiti Ridge specializes in producing and selling breeding quality Deer and Elk.  We have developed exceptional genetics and offer record book quality animals.
